At The Edge

I just realized
I am
At the edges
Of all my edges.

Terrified.
The feeling
Of discomfort:
Visceral!

But now I am seeing 
Feeling that
To grow
I need
To expand.

Beyond the known
Beyond my comfort
Beyond where I wanted to be and go. 

Yet 
When I 
Allow the breaking
Of what I have known

I breakthrough
Into my next zone 
The next phase
Of my evolution.
