In this moment, All is well. In this moment, I have everything I need. In this moment, I am held. I am held by gravity. I am held by life, With an abundance of breath, With an abundance of sunshine, With an abundance of grounded earth, With an abundance of water, With a body that is working Without my direction. In this moment, My heart is beating, My lungs are expanding and contracting, My blood is flowing through my veins, Through the arteries, Through a network of rivers in my body. In this moment, All my cells are working for my good. In this moment, I am at peace. In this moment, My mind is still. In this moment, My body can relax, Can rest. In this moment, I can surrender into trusting life, Into trusting creation. In this moment, Life is a gift, And this body, This heart, This breath is sacred land, Is holy land.
